VISION

Mr Lucky Swain envisions a future where every young person has access to opportunities, guidance, and platforms to achieve their full potential. His mission is to build a stronger, more progressive society by empowering youth, promoting sports, encouraging education, and fostering community development.

Looking ahead, he aims to expand sports infrastructure and talent development programs across Bhadrak and Odisha, creating pathways for young athletes to compete and succeed at national and international levels. Building on the success of the Tillo Cup and other sporting initiatives, his vision is to establish Odisha as a recognised hub for grassroots sports excellence.

Beyond sports, Lucky Swain is committed to supporting skill development, youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and social welfare initiatives that help create employment opportunities and improve quality of life. He believes that sustainable development begins with empowered communities, active citizen participation, and inclusive growth.

As a public leader, his vision is to be a strong voice for the people, advocate for meaningful development, and work towards a future where progress reaches every village, every youth, and every family.
